You can connect third-party apps like Komoot, Strava or Zwift to our app - not directly, but via Apple Health or Google Fit as intermediary.
How the Connection Works
The connection works in two steps:
- Third-party app → writes data to → Apple Health / Google Fit
- Apple Health / Google Fit → sends data to → Our app
Connecting Komoot
- Open the Komoot app
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Enable the connection to Apple Health (iPhone) or Google Fit (Android)
- Make sure our app is also connected to Apple Health / Google Fit
Connecting Strava
- Open the Strava app
- Go to Settings → Applications, Services and Devices
- Connect Apple Health or Google Fit
- Enable "Send activities to Health/Fit"
⚠️ Important Note About Zwift
With indoor training apps like Zwift, there can sometimes be sync problems when the app sends incorrect intermediate values. If unrealistic kilometer values appear, please contact our support.
Time Delay
Since the data goes through Apple Health / Google Fit, it can take several hours for your activities to appear in our app.
