If the basic steps didn't help, try these advanced solutions.

Step 1: Update the App

Check in the App Store if a newer version is available. We release regular updates.

Find the version number under MORE.

Step 2: Reinstall the App

  1. Uninstall the app
  2. Reinstall from the App Store
  3. Log in with your credentials

Don't worry: Your data is stored centrally and won't be lost.

Step 3: Reconnect Wearables

  1. Disconnect all wearable connections
  2. Set up connections again
  3. Grant all permissions

Step 4: Wait for Third-Party Data

Give the app at least one day. We have no influence on when we receive data from Apple Health, Google Fit, or Garmin.
