Requesting manual distance corrections

If distances were not recorded correctly, we can manually add or correct them.

What We Can Add

  • ✅ Missing distances
  • ✅ Distances recorded too short
  • ✅ Forgotten activities (tracking not started)

What We Can Correct

  • ✅ Accidentally recorded car trips (forgot to stop)
  • ✅ Wrong mobility type
  • ✅ Unrealistic values due to sync errors

How to Request a Correction

Option 1: Via the App (recommended)

  1. Go to MORE
  2. Tap "Contact us"
  3. Describe the problem

✅ The app automatically sends your settings with it.

Option 2: Via Email

Write to support@changers.com

What We Need

For quick processing, we need:

  • Date of the activity
  • Distance in kilometers
  • Duration of the activity
  • Screenshot from Garmin/Strava/Komoot (optional, but helpful)

Processing Time

We process requests typically within 1-2 business days. During active challenges, we try to be faster.

Note for Donation Challenges

For donation challenges (e.g. HerzFahrt), manually added kilometers are booked to a collection account so they still count toward the donation.
