If distances were not recorded correctly, we can manually add or correct them.
What We Can Add
- ✅ Missing distances
- ✅ Distances recorded too short
- ✅ Forgotten activities (tracking not started)
What We Can Correct
- ✅ Accidentally recorded car trips (forgot to stop)
- ✅ Wrong mobility type
- ✅ Unrealistic values due to sync errors
How to Request a Correction
Option 1: Via the App (recommended)
- Go to MORE
- Tap "Contact us"
- Describe the problem
✅ The app automatically sends your settings with it.
Option 2: Via Email

What We Need
For quick processing, we need:
- Date of the activity
- Distance in kilometers
- Duration of the activity
- Screenshot from Garmin/Strava/Komoot (optional, but helpful)
Processing Time
We process requests typically within 1-2 business days. During active challenges, we try to be faster.
Note for Donation Challenges
For donation challenges (e.g. HerzFahrt), manually added kilometers are booked to a collection account so they still count toward the donation.
