Logging in on a new device

You can log in with your same account credentials on a new device.

How to Log in on a New Device

1. Download the app from the App Store / Play Store
2. Open the app
3. Select "Log in" (not "Register")
4. Enter your email address and password

Forgot Your Password?

1. Tap "Forgot password"
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your email inbox (also spam folder)
4. Click the link and set a new password

Your Data is Safe

All your data is stored centrally:

• ✅ Your distances are preserved
• ✅ Your coins are preserved
• ✅ Your CO₂ balance is preserved
• ✅ Your planted trees are preserved

Change Region

If you selected the wrong region:

1. Uninstall the app
2. Reinstall
3. Select the correct region during onboarding
4. Log in with your existing credentials
