Connecting Apple Health

Apple Health is the central health app on your iPhone. You can connect it to our app to sync steps and distances.

How to Connect Apple Health

  1. Open the app and go to "MORE"
  2. Select "Connections"
  3. Enable "Apple Health"
  4. Allow access to the requested data

What Gets Synced?

  • Steps - Automatically counted by your iPhone
  • Walking distances - If recorded in Apple Health
  • Cycling - Only if another app sends this to Apple Health

⚠️ Important: Apple Health Does NOT Track Cycling

Apple Health does not measure cycling kilometers itself. To sync cycling via Apple Health, you need a third-party app like:

  • Strava
  • Komoot
  • Apple Watch Workout App
  • Garmin Connect

These apps write cycling data to Apple Health, and from there we can retrieve it.

Time Delay

Data from Apple Health can take several hours to appear in the app.
